1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Adora Style website, official digital channels, and any purchases made through them, collectively referred to as the “Platform.”

By accessing our Platform, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally eligible to do so and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform after any update will be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Use of the Platform

By using the Adora Style Platform, you agree that:

• The information provided by you is complete, accurate, and current.

• You will use the Platform only for lawful and personal purposes.

• You will not misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.

• You will not use the Platform for fraudulent, commercial-resale, or unlawful activities.

• You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.

Adora Style reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse, fraud, unauthorised activity, or violation of these terms is suspected.

3. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform, including the Adora Style name, logo, product photographs, videos, graphics, designs, text, illustrations, website layout, and other materials, belongs to Adora Style or its authorised licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially use, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission from Adora Style.

Access to the Platform does not grant you ownership of or a licence to use any Adora Style intellectual property.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, materials, prices, and other details displayed on the Platform are accurate.

However, the actual colour or appearance of a product may vary slightly due to:

• Screen and device settings.

• Lighting used during photography.

• Natural variations in materials.

• Handmade or production-related differences.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the product’s intended use will not generally be considered defects.

Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.

5. Pricing

All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change due to changes in material costs, production costs, taxes, promotions, or other business considerations.

You will generally be charged the price displayed at the time your order is successfully placed.

Adora Style reserves the right to correct pricing, description, discount, or technical errors. If an incorrect price affects your order, we may contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel the order and provide an applicable refund.

Any taxes, delivery charges, cash-on-delivery fees, gift-wrapping charges, or other charges will be displayed during checkout, where applicable.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that it has been accepted.

An order is considered accepted after successful payment confirmation and order processing by Adora Style.

We may cancel or reject an order because of:

• Product unavailability.

• Incorrect pricing or product information.

• Payment failure or unsuccessful verification.

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

• Delivery-location restrictions.

• Technical or operational errors.

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Adora Style, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Payment

We may accept payment through available methods such as:

• Credit cards.

• Debit cards.

• UPI.

• Net banking.

• Digital wallets.

• Cash on Delivery, where available.

• Store credits, gift cards, or promotional vouchers, where applicable.

Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. Adora Style does not ordinarily store complete card, UPI, or bank-account details on its own systems.

Adora Style will not be responsible for payment failures, delays, or declined transactions caused by banks, payment gateways, card limits, incorrect payment details, or technical issues outside our control.

8. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has been processed, packed, personalised, or dispatched.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately at itsadora.style@gmail.com with your order number.

Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Individual products within a multi-product order may be cancelled where operationally possible without cancelling the entire order.

Customised, engraved, resized, personalised, or made-to-order products cannot ordinarily be cancelled once production has started.

Once an order has been dispatched, the applicable Adora Style Return Policy will apply.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed according to the payment method used for the order.

• Payments made through credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets will normally be refunded to the original payment source.

• Cash on Delivery refunds may be processed through bank transfer after the customer provides valid bank details.

• Payments made using store credit may be refunded as store credit.

• Orders paid using gift cards may be refunded to the same gift card or as store credit, subject to the applicable terms.

• Orders paid using multiple methods may be refunded proportionately between the original payment sources.

Refunds are subject to the Adora Style Return Policy and successful quality inspection of the returned product.

The time required for a refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or payment provider.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Adora Style will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeline.

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

• Product availability.

• Courier serviceability.

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

• Weather conditions.

• Public holidays.

• Regional restrictions.

• High order volumes.

• Events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, and contact number.

Adora Style will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Shipping, delivery, and return-related matters are also governed by our Shipping and Return Policy.

11. Returns and Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the Adora Style Return Policy.

Returned products must generally be:

• Unused and unworn.

• Undamaged and unaltered.

• In their original condition and packaging.

• Accompanied by the invoice, tags, accessories, and complimentary items.

Customised, engraved, resized, personalised, hygiene-sensitive, final-sale, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

All returns are subject to a quality inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.

12. Store Credits

Where Adora Style offers store credits, they may be used toward eligible purchases on the Platform.

Store credits:

• May be valid for a limited period stated when issued.

• Cannot ordinarily be transferred.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• May not be used for certain products or promotions.

• May expire if not used within the applicable validity period.

The terms communicated when the store credit is issued will apply.

13. Gift Cards

Where Adora Style offers gift cards, their validity period and usage conditions will be stated at the time of purchase.

Gift cards:

• May be used only for eligible Adora Style purchases.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Cannot ordinarily be refunded after purchase.

• Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or misused.

• May be used partially, subject to the applicable gift-card terms.

• May be combined with another payment method where permitted.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card unless specifically allowed.

14. Discounts, Offers, and Promotional Codes

Discounts, promotional codes, vouchers, and offers may apply only to selected products, customers, dates, or order values.

Adora Style may modify, suspend, withdraw, or cancel an offer at any time, subject to applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Only one promotional code may be used per order.

• Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Expired promotional codes will not be accepted.

• Offers may not be combined with other discounts.

• Discounts may be reversed if an order no longer meets the offer conditions after a return or cancellation.

15. Free Gifts and Promotional Products

Any complimentary or promotional product provided with an order forms part of the original offer.

If the qualifying order or product is returned or cancelled, the complimentary item must also be returned in unused condition.

If the complimentary item is not returned, its stated or reasonable value may be deducted from the refund.

Complimentary items are generally not eligible for an independent return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

16. Fair-Use Policy

We are committed to providing a fair shopping experience to all customers.

Adora Style may restrict, suspend, or close accounts showing patterns of misuse, including:

• Excessive or repeated returns inconsistent with personal use.

• Repeated cancellations using false or misleading reasons.

• Fraudulent refund or payment claims.

• Reselling products purchased through the Platform.

• Misuse of discounts, vouchers, gift cards, or promotional campaigns.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim repeated benefits.

• Returning used, altered, substituted, or different products.

This section does not limit genuine customer complaints, returns, or rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws.

17. Customer Reviews and User Content

When you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, testimonial, or other content to Adora Style, you confirm that:

• The content is accurate and based on your genuine experience.

• You own the content or have permission to submit it.

• The content does not violate another person’s rights.

• The content is not unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, or offensive.

You grant Adora Style permission to display, reproduce, and use the submitted content for website, social-media, advertising, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.

We may remove content that violates these terms.

18. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, payment services, social-media platforms, or other external services.

These third parties operate independently from Adora Style. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security, terms, privacy practices, availability, or services.

Your use of any third-party website or service is at your own discretion and may be governed by separate terms.

19. Government and Regulatory Requirements

Customers may be required to provide identity, tax, banking, or other information where required by applicable law, payment providers, financial institutions, or government authorities.

Where legally required, Adora Style may request PAN or other identity information for high-value transactions.

Orders may be delayed, restricted, or cancelled if legally required information is not provided or cannot be verified.

20. Limitation of Liability

Adora Style makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and uninterrupted access to the Platform. However, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adora Style will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

• Use of or inability to access the Platform.

• Reliance on information displayed on the Platform.

• Payment failures or bank-authorisation limits.

• Delivery delays outside our reasonable control.

• Unauthorised access caused by failure to secure account credentials.

• Third-party websites, services, couriers, or payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

21. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Adora Style against reasonable claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Platform.

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• Your infringement of another person’s intellectual-property or legal rights.

• Fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorised activity conducted through your account.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws, disputes relating to the Platform, these terms, or purchases made from Adora Style will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

23. Changes to These Terms

Adora Style may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The revised version will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through email, website notifications, or other available channels.

Your continued use of the Platform after an update becomes effective will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
