At Adora Style, we want every interaction you have with us to be safe, trusted, and genuine.

Please be aware that certain individuals may falsely present themselves as Adora Style employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, delivery partners, or business associates.

Under this false identity, they may attempt to:

Collect money or valuables from you.
Obtain your personal, banking, or payment information.
Ask for OTPs, passwords, PINs, or card details.
Offer fake gifts, prizes, discounts, refunds, jobs, collaborations, or business opportunities.
Ask you to click suspicious links or download unknown applications.
Request payment to release a gift, refund, parcel, reward, or promotional benefit.
Ask you to forward messages or links to other people.

These fraudulent communications may be received through email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, websites, or other online platforms.

Such offers and communications are fraudulent and have no connection with Adora Style.

How to Protect Yourself

Please exercise caution when receiving any unexpected communication claiming to be from Adora Style.

Do not:

Click links from unknown or suspicious sources.
Share your OTP, password, PIN, CVV, card details, UPI PIN, or banking information.
Make payments to personal bank accounts, UPI IDs, QR codes, or payment links that have not been verified through our official channels.
Download unknown applications or files.
Share personal identification documents unless the request has been confirmed through our official contact details.
Forward suspicious promotional messages or links to others.

Always verify the communication with Adora Style before taking any action.

Official Payments

Payments for Adora Style purchases should only be made through the payment options available on our official website or through payment instructions confirmed by our authorised team.

Adora Style will never ask you to share:

Your OTP.
Your UPI PIN.
Your debit or credit card PIN.
Your internet-banking password.
Your complete card security details.
Remote access to your mobile phone or computer.

Never approve a payment request or enter your UPI PIN to receive a refund. A UPI PIN is generally required to send or authorise a payment, not simply to receive money.

Fake Gifts, Offers, and Rewards

Adora Style does not ask customers to make advance payments to receive gifts, prizes, rewards, refunds, promotional products, or contest winnings through unofficial channels.

Any promotion, giveaway, collaboration, or offer should be verified through our official website, social-media pages, or contact details.

Suspicious Social-Media Accounts and Websites

Fraudsters may create fake websites, social-media accounts, advertisements, customer-support profiles, or messaging accounts that resemble Adora Style.

Before interacting with an account or website, check:

The spelling of the account name or website address.
Whether the communication comes from our official contact details.
Whether the account appears newly created or contains suspicious links.
Whether you are being pressured to make an immediate payment.
Whether the offer appears unusually generous or unrealistic.

When in doubt, stop the conversation and contact Adora Style directly.

Report Suspicious Activity

If you receive a suspicious message, call, payment request, link, offer, or social-media communication claiming to be from Adora Style, please contact us immediately.

When reporting an incident, share the following where available:

Screenshots of the message or account.
The phone number or email address used.
The social-media profile or website link.
Payment details or transaction references.
The date and time of the communication.
Any other relevant information.

You should also report suspected fraud to your bank, payment provider, local police, or the appropriate authority as soon as possible.

Our Responsibility

Adora Style takes fraud and misuse of its brand seriously and will cooperate with relevant authorities where necessary.

However, Adora Style and its affiliates cannot be held responsible for losses, damages, claims, payments, or inconvenience caused by individuals or organisations falsely representing our brand through unofficial channels.

Customers are responsible for verifying suspicious communications before sharing information, making payments, clicking links, or taking any requested action.
